Oak Mountain Seed Group

Exploring Druidry and nature spirituality in Central Alabama

Feeling called to reconnect with nature?
Looking for a community to celebrate the seasons?
Just curious what Druidry is even about?

A Spiritual Path for Everyone

Druidry has no dogma—just a shared reverence for nature and the cycles of the earth. Whether you're monotheist, atheist, polytheist, or still figuring it out, Druidry meets you where you are. It's a path that complements your existing beliefs rather than replacing them.

Oak Mountain Seed Group gathers to celebrate the seasons, explore ancient wisdom, and connect with the natural world. We meet for seasonal festivals, nature walks, meditation, and fellowship—creating space for everyone to find their own path.

What is OBOD?

The Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids (OBOD) is one of the world's largest and most respected Druidic organizations. Founded in 1964, OBOD offers a correspondence course in Druidry that guides students through three grades: Bardic, Ovate, and Druid.

As a Seed Group, we are connected to this broader community while maintaining our local, independent character. Many of our members study with OBOD, but membership is not required to participate in our activities.
